This place is a complete joke! I went in and purchased a phone and it was not cheap! Within 24 hours the phone starting messing up so I took it back the very next day and he told me I could exchange it but I had to pay $60 more!! They are rude, unproffesional and have very bad customer service skills! I don’t know much about phones but I realized after taking it to The Phone Revival and getting it looked at that the Smart Repair most definitely sold me a bad phone. It was bent the finger print unlock didn’t work. The volume went in and out it was just all around a horrible phone!! I would never send anyone to this place!!! They are completely horrible and I will NEVER go back here myself!!!! They do not give refunds because they KNOW they are selling bad phones! A complete waste of my time and money!!! Even the one American guy that works there told me that this happens all the time and they often lie! Horrible experience here!!!!!!!!! They don’t even deserve...

Check my iPhone 13 Pro Max to him with a new screen that I had purchased after taking the old screen off and I needed a new earpiece for it, but I didn’t have so I figured why they were replacing the earpiece. I just let them put the screen back on it too they did fix the earpiece problem But they charged me $95 to put the screen back on. I think that was a little bit excessive. I am happy with the actual problem that I took it to him for. I did fix that, but I just overcharged way too much in my opinion. I mean, I could understand if I was buying the screen from them all in all it was $180 using my screen if I have purchased the one from them it wouldn’t have would’ve been about $195 so I don’t understand why they charged me so much to use my screen but anyways I guess if you got money to blow I’d be a good place...

I had a cracked screen on my cell phone and couldn't find anyone descent to provide me with good service. I'm really big on customer service so that's the first thing I look for whenever I enter a business. Smart repair is located at the Albany Mall next to the Chik-Fil-A or a few stores down. Immediately I was recognized and greeted with a smile from the gentleman behind the counter although he was serving another customer. I did have to wait for a few minutes but I didn't mind. After a certain period of time had expired, another gentleman walked up to me to find out my problem. I was told I could leave my phone and go shopping or I could wait.
