I had a wonderful experience at Reeds today. Ms. Walidah Walker-Store Manager is very helpful. She made the process of purchasing my wife a replacement wedding ring easy (the stones kept falling out of the original ring-which was purchased at a different store). She got me approved for the ring I wanted. You can tell that she has a love for what she does.
She was also courteous and did not pressure me to make a purchase I didn't want. I was glad to have her assistance today. Thank you for the awesome customer service! Thank you, Reeds, for sharing her with us!
Also, the ring I purchased today has a lifetime warranty, and my wife can come into the store to have it cleaned anytime it needs it. Thank you, Reeds, for the awesome customer service. I recommend them for your next purchase.

I want to thank Ms. Tamara Marshall-Sale Associate for being so inviting. She spoke to me as soon as I entered into the store. After I told her what my purpose was she gently ushered me to the section I needed to be in. She was attentive, alert, and not hesitant to find an answer to a question she didn't already know. Extremely humble.

Read moreI am not happy with this place when my mother comes to get service. My family and I had been going to Reed's for a long time. Everytime, she its one complaint after another. And I am starting to believe that if my father is not there these service representatives will not treat her right. She now going to other Reed's store just for better serivces. I would not be coming here now that know that how your store in Albany, GA mall treats people. Also, do not use the excuse of your paperwork is not whole. My family was in the serivces but retirement, this is what my father had issued as well. Not acceptable! This needs to be address your review are old and not updated with current review for this store. I would rate customer's service better if you make improvements. Stop making it look like it's a 4.5 star rating, It is not.

I had a term representative help me and she help me address this issue and she was very helpful. I wish I gotten her name. But Mr. Brain was very understanding about my mother issues. And I did let her know that they have heard the complaints. I do hope my mother continues here and not having to travel...
Read moreAfter picking out my ring and saving up for it, my fiance and i purchased it along with the lifetime warranty. We were SUPER excited when we were told that it would be ready in 4 business days. On the 4th day we were then told that is was actually supposed to be the next friday. Disappointed... we went home. Friday arrived, and i was absolutely elated. We called that morning around 11... (as we were promised the shipments were ALWAYS there by 1pm)... just to be told it was not yet there, which was kind of expected. My fiance called for the second time around 5... He was answered with attitude and hostility as the saleswoman told him it was not there. EIGHT O'CLOCK rolls around, and we go inside to speak to the manager, whom was not there. Not only were our questions not answered as to why is wasnt in... but the BLANK disregard for me being SO disappointed was unbearable. She refused to give us a tracking number to find out where it was ONLY told us that it would be the FOLLOWING FRIDAY before it came in. Reeds will never get another penny from us. Not to mention the fact that my family has been dealing with reeds since my PARENTS got married......
