Rudest little girl working behind the counter. She ignored my oldest. My oldest stood at the counter waiting. This girl had ear buds in, talking to someone on said ear buds, kept looking back at my kid, said NOTHING! Just ignored her. My daughter walked away disappointed and her sister and I went up. Girl still playing on phone with her back to us. My youngest piped up and said, "hi. Excuse me please." Girl comes over still messing with phone. Daughter orders, girl is very dry with conversation. Kept messing with phone. No smile, no nothing, looked annoyed.For the total she Just said price. Never said your total is please or even thanked her for purchase. This place is whack all their drinks are just powder mixes which are kept with no lids?? And the boba was completely uncooked in the center. I've worked at several boba shops and you have to be trying to make boba this bad. And it was nearly 9 dollars for a "twin" drink which is ridiculous, the most i've seen for boba is 7 dollars and that's tea and boba that's being made fresh daily. Average is 5 dollars for a 20oz. Can't seem to blame the employees they have very little to work with. Owners clearly are in it for the cash, get boba somewhere else if you want it to taste edible. Do not go here. There is mold festering in the tea you are being served, as well as the fridges used to store the boba. The blenders are not washed properly. You are drinking powder + water. The owner is willing to serve day old drinks. Nothing is truly “dairy free” like advertised, there are milk products in the flavoring. The family/owners have been caught unnecessarily touching employees, and taking pictures of women in the food court. These accounts are only scraping the surface of how awful this...
