Smokeless Solutions — Local services in Albany

I've been going to Smokeless Solutions for a couple of years now. They have a great selection of e-juice and an awesome team. Their prices are better than some of the other vape shops I've been to. I tried a few of the others in the surrounding areas, and I keep coming back to this one.

Smokeless Solutions sells the Vape Crusaders juice, and they have several flavors and strengths to choose from. My favorite flavors are the Pixie Dip, Blue Raspberry, and Tiger's Blood. I recommend all 3 of them. They have many other smooth flavors as well. I also purchase my coils and vape supplies from Smokeless Solutions. The staff is very helpful if I have any questions or concerns.

The guy who owns this shop sold me a nice battery but sold me a tank that was not compatible for the 50 watt battery it was for 100 watt to 150 watt battery pack. I took it back since they are the ones that suggested it I was given a 25.00 aspire replacement since I paid 45.00 I was less than thrilled. He also sold me the thicker vape juice that does not work with these coils anyway and burns them out in about 15 min since it's to thick to wick properly. I was a loyal customers but will no longer be back. I vape has much better customer service and stands by what they sell me I will choose them from now on. This place doesn't deserve my money any longer I spent 135.00 on that battery and tank and was given a POS replacement tank that was obviously not selling when I purchased a SMOK top fill. I went into the store and immediately was treated snobbily by the girl behind the counter. When we finally asked to see a set up she rudely unscrewed the tank and handed us the battery like now what. My husband, so taken aback by the severity of the rude sales girl, he drop it on the counter and says how are we going to look at it if you take it off and just hand us the black box. She scolded us , told us to leave if we didn't like it. I asked to see her manager. She claimed she was. I asked to speak to someone in corporaterms or an owner. She said she didn't know it.
