Usually a favorite of ours as there are no other salad bars around anymore. Post covid, the owner/manager seemed very attentive and appreciative of his customers. This has definitely changed. Our last visit lacked in several ways, unfortunately. There was an elderly gentleman in line before us who had already been waiting for quite some time. We waited at least 5 minutes in line before seeing an employee. I found the manager and let him know there was a line up front. I was ignored. By then, a very large party had also gathered in line. Finally, an employee came up to the register. When we got up there to pay, the cashier was displaying very odd behavior. She was closing her eyes for extended periods of time as if she were nodding off! When her eyes were open, she was slurring her words and making mistakes. It took about 10 mins just to place our order and pay. Once seated, it didn't take long for our waitress to greet us. My husband ordered AYCE shrimp. She needed to be flagged down both times for refills. We did mention the behavior of the cashier. The waitress just blew it off, stating she was tired. The owner/manager passed by us several times, never once acknowledging us or our concerns. We love this place(usually) and hope this service was an isolated incident. We will try it again, hoping for the service we...

Sizzler we drove all the way here from Vancouver Washington just to be disappointed with not only the service of most but the food as well. The one that was supposed to take care of the salad bar went on l break without filling up the salad bar first.
Manager: David All I got was one excuse after another when I brought up to him how the floors were greasy and the food was cold and old and out of the temperature danger zone. His excuse was he is short handed and he is working three different positions. What troubles me the most is the temperature danger zone and the arguments I heard in the back with employees and managers duking it out. If I could hear it in the lobby who else can hear it?
Host: Brandon Was dressed unprofessional, the way he represents the face of Sizzler as soon as someone walks through that door should have a smile and dress appropriately. No professionalism what so ever.
Server: Fernando You are the only one that actually made this visit pleasant, you were fast and sufficient, you took it upon yourself to do your absolute best to make sure all tables are served in a timely manner, and busted and floors cleaned, WITH NO...
Read moreI was really excited to see a Sizzler's, I remember going to Sizzler's when it was in Salem and the salad bar was really good. When we first pulled into the parking lot, we thought it was closed cause there were no cars in the parking lot. That should of been our first clue that it was not going to be good, but we decided to go in anyway. We bought 2 ayce salad bars for $15.99 each, then they charge another $4 for 2 sodas. We go to the salad bar and I couldn't believe it. This was NOTHING like the salad bar I remember. There was hardly any hot food at all. Just some dried up taco bar with hardly any food left. The claim chowder did not taste like chowder at all, it was terrible! The salad bar was just as disappointing. They don't have any bread sticks anymore. They give you 2 pieces of what looks like garlic toast on regular bread. It was so salty I couldn't even eat it. I was so disappointed and surprised they were still in business. The only positive thing I will say is that they refunded our money. That's the only reason I gave them a 2 star. I couldn't imagine spending $36 on food that I wouldn't even food a dog. Don't waste your money! I wish I had went to the Burgerville...
