My order which was listed as "ready for pickup" was marked as "picked up" at 9:41pm (according to the email I got) by someone who was not me and my card was charged. When I finally got in touch with someone at the store the next day I was first told that "a new employee accidentally sold it" and then in the same conversation was told "a new employee saw it wasn't there and marked it as picked up". Why would an item be marked as picked up and charged to my card if the item was "accidentally sold" or if an employee noticed them missing?    Read moreI used to go here a lot and just about always got great service. Lately since they hired this girl to work there it has been horrible. She will tell you they don't have something before even looking it up and refuses to look in the unopened boxes, and if they don't have what you want she will blame you like somehow it's your fault that only you and one other person ordered a game. Also if your preorder doesn't ever arrive you get a bad attitude when you want your money back. I really hope it gets better, but I won't be returning...

So I went back to the store to return it and they said that I couldn't get my money back becuase I opened it, how am I supposed to now the item is bad if i don't open it.
