Incredible service and an actually perfect, unique gift for my partner's 40th - the owner, Gina, helped me shop virtually (via facetime) since I was out of town (and shopping last-minute). A highly professional experience -- I suggested a mug I liked, and she filled in the gift box with a really meaningful set of items -- all local -- tea, tea infuser, honey, a roadrunner tea towel -- that made my partner's birthday really special. She also helped me print a handwritten note for him, since I couldn't be there in person and was running too late to send something by mail. I also found a print in the shop that he already hung on his wall. We use all the tea items on a regular basis. It's all local and super special. I also flew through here the other day because I needed earrings, and they had a perfect pair that Gina helped me pick out. They know what they are doing, and I've never been disappointed. It's one of my go-to places when I want a gift that someone (or myself) will use over time. They've always been thoughtful about price points too (if I want something nice but really don't have much to spend, versus when I'm willing to spend more). I'd like to specifically note their amazing custom service. It is a breeze to order multiple boxes to multiple addresses - and they called me personally to help when I had an issue. Additionally, I made several errors with my brother's addresses - and they kindly helped track down my packages and even resent one.

I was impressed that everything seemed like things I would use myself or things I could give to someone, knowing they would really actually use it,. I found two tea towels for my new place (one with gingko leaves and one with chiles that says "red or green?"), a few cards that feel really perfect for the people I gave them to, and I'm looking forward to coming back when I need something perfect. I think everything or nearly everything is local. I feel really good about supporting this little place, especially as it is woman-owned. I liked the experience of being in the shop and looking around, too.
