Although I am technically not the client, I am the parent of the client, I am entirely satisfied with the firm. The staff answers during business hours on the first or second ring when called and are always positive, helpful, and supportive. If they don’t have the answers I need they say so and advise they’ll find them. They call me when they say they will. They are all very knowledgeable and professional. For several years now, Miss Jones has been rated a “Super Lawyer” in New Mexico and thus far, has lived up to that standard.

My son, the client, has been wanting to meet with Miss Jones for a few months but her schedule is full and she’s been unable to; he does understand that. She will call or Zoom with him until she can meet up with him. He wanted her to oppose the Prosecutor’s statements at his plea hearing; he is understandably concerned about the future. Overall, he is pleased with her service and that of her very supportive staff. My son and I felt that he would fare better with a private Attorney as opposed to the Public Defender’s office where he began, as they are inundated with cases. So, after researching her professional background, I hired Miss Jones. She had come highly recommended to him; and he has recommended her to others. My son would prefer to communicate a bit more with Miss Jones, though he is glad he made the transition. This was the right decision, indeed.
