Tom McLarty took my daughters money and has done no legal work for her. He was supposed to file a les pindens on a house my daughter put $6000 down on, after the seller took off with her money. But a few weeks after paying him to do so, i found out that the house had already been sold, he would've known that had he tried to file the motion that my daughter paid him to file. He then recommended that we sue her after we asked for my daughters money back, and he still has not done that, nor have we heard back from him since!!
