On June 15, I went into this location and was greeted by a sigh like we were an annoyance coming in an hour a half before closing. The guy working the register was terrible and very unpleasant. We spent $39 on two meals somehow and left completely unsatisfied. I’ve been to this location multiple times in the past few months and have never had an issue. When I was ordering my hamburger I asked for the unlimited toppings and asked if I could get double American cheese and grilled onions and was told that there is no way for me to order extra cheese unless it was different cheeses?? I’ve never been told this before and have always ordered extra extra American cheese here at this location. He went back and fourth a few times with me justifying why he can’t do extra American so I just said okay and asked for American cheese and grilled onions and went on with my day. After I placed my order and waited I was sat near the register area and could hear the same guy telling the cooks he put himself an order in and to add extra cheese for his order. I was completely irritated and annoyed by this. Not only does he do for himself what he said he can’t do anything for me, he didn’t offer any kind of alternative way to help. He could’ve charged me for other cheeses but asked the cooks to use extra American. But the reason I’m even making this review is because in the end when I got home and checked my burger, it had the smallest amount of cheese. Almost a half slice, basically no cheese. I had to add cheese myself and it ruined my whole experience. He was putting away all the line extensions with an attitude and folding and dusting the dirty rug in front of the toppings bar. Disgusting. I encourage you to review camera from that day to confirm everything...
Read moreVery disappointed there should be a button too use ZERO Star's. Food is delicious but they got a very RUDE manager named Tony! Some higher authority needs to put him in place! This will be my last time to eat here with the family thanks to bad management ... When was asking the new cashier a simple question because I'm pretty sure she over charged me Tony the manager was very rude and sarcastic with me didn't even explain my receipt instead of costumer being right he made me feel dumb like this was my first time eating here . While we decided to stay and still just eat because boy's were starving he walked around and greeted at least three or more other customers around me asking how was they're meal they must of complained I saw him give refunds. Not too sure if he was acting obnoxious on purpose but not once did he come over to my table and ask how our meal was. Never have been so uncomfortable after having spent so much money told my family to hurry And eat so we could leave cause Tony made us feel that uncomfortable. Please someone reading this with higher authority have a talk with him and letting him know a costumer is always right if it wasn't for us Costumers he wouldn't have a job . So take care and value your costumer's...
Read moreI rarely have a bad time here, and this was no exception except for one thing, and I'll get to that in a minute. The atmosphere is inviting, the staff is very friendly and everyone seems to be enjoying themselves at their job. The menu has expanded since the last time I ate at a Fuddruckers, and I could not be more pleased with the selection. I went for the Kobe beef burger, and good lord, it was flavorful, juicy and just what my stomach was wanting. I haven't tried all the other options, but I will make it to them in time. The only problem I have been running into at Fuddruckers lately is the level of cooking on the burgers. I get my burgers at a medium rare, which is medium at Fudds, I think. When I ordered my burger, it came out well done. I generally dont complain about my food, but I really wanted a pink burger this time. So, I asked if there was any way they could redo it, which they graciously did. But it came out well done again. Now, the burger was still good, so I ate it, but I'm still disappointed. I'm still going to continue my patronship though. It's too...
