I wish I could rate this negative stars. We went in today to get my 15-year-old daughter's nails done. It was the most horrible experience and the lady was rude and very unpleasant. She answered a phone call while she was doing my daughter's nails and messed it up left a blob of acrylics on her nail. She even mentioned out loud to others in her language. My daughter saw a big bump on her nail and looked over at me so I quietly told her don't worry just wait until she is done filing and if the bump is till there then I will ask her to fix it again. The lady said "I'm not done." Well, when she was done and there was still a little bump on that one nail and my daughter wasn't happy but was afraid to say anything to her because she seems very annoyed. So I told my daughter don't worry and I will let her know. Before I even get the chance to ask her to fix it. She started calling me names and cursing me out in Vietnamese again saying that my daughter was fine with her nails but yet I had to stick my nose in. When we went in my daughter clearly explained and showed her what designs she wanted to get done. Towards the end she tried to tell my daughter that she doesn't want any crystals on her nails. I told my daughter just let her know what you want to get done and not what she wants to do. The nail tech again started to calling me names because of what I said to my daughter. As I'm sitting there I also hear her talking bad about other customers. I stayed calm and not to make a scene in front of my 15 year old so I asked her to wait in the car after I paid her. I confronted her with the things she said and yet she tried to denied it. I then started speaking Vietnamese to her to let her know that I understood everything she said about me. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I have never been so disrespected, verbally attached, and mistreated. I asked for a new set of nails and showed several photos to the nail technician I had. She began yo work on my nails and we initially ran into turbulence because she continued to really burn me with the nail file, I would instinctively pull my hand away and she would get upset and say “no cut!!! stop moving”. When I told her, you didn’t cut me but you are filing my skin and it really burns she rolled her eyes at me. After several attempts to correct the nail tech, it was clear we were not getting the requested outcome after an hour of failed communication I asked to just stop and remove the nails as they were not even close to what I had asked for. From shape, length, color etc. She was not understanding even after having several of her coworkers come over to try and mediate. By this point, I just wanted them off. I had been sitting for a hour. Now running late and the nails looked terrible! They were uneven, lumpy, bubbles and the shape was awful. The only way to explain them was duxk shaped (as they were much wider than my natural nail). The nail tech began yelling that she didn’t understand and she was not going to take them off. I asked to speak to the manager and she began screaming at me, grabbed my had and started to clip the nails off. I was relieved she was going to take the nails off but after she clipped the nails into jagged points (while screaming at me in another language) she said to get out. I asked to have the nails removed again to which she continued yelling that I need to leave if I do not like her work. I would not recommend ANYONE go to this salon EVER. Please believe me when I say this is not an experience you have ever want to have.

The worst and most expensive nail experience I’ve gotten in Albuquerque. I would give it less than one star if I were able to. It was my first time going to this particular nail salon since it was recommended and it had good reviews. I went ahead and booked the appointment on the phone and scheduled for a specific time. I waited a while after arriving and being seated for the pedicure, all nail technicians were occupied with other clients. I ended up getting a pedicure and manicure. The crime here was the pedicure more than anything. My big toe became swollen and red, tender to the touch and filled with pus, an infection by the next day. I recall the lady doing my pedicure cutting me painfully as she proceeded with my toe nails. I had been placed in the care of a woman who had agreed to do an ombré color on my toes and proceeded with a sloppy job. If she could not do it then she should have specified so I could have gone another route with the design. I had asked if it were possible and she had said yes. The results were horrendous. The color was ugly and I had picked that specific color, because another nail technician had advices me that it would look better since it was darker. The woman had attempted to make an ombré effect with nail polish. It looked terrible and very unbecoming. They also charged me $10 extra for supposedly an ombré color that looks very unflattering and just mediocre, plus an addition for the gel. I had a reference photo and it looked nothing like the picture. Same story with the full set, however not as horrible as the pedicure. Very disappointing. This was my FIRST and LAST time going here! Edit** These are my nails after exactly one week later. Legit the worst nails I’ve had; overpriced and cheap materials.

Normally my place to go for pedi! And I'm not usually one to review bad experiences. However, when it comes to my daughter having a bad experience it's a different story. She just turned 3 and I always ask if they're willing to do her nails just based on age. I was told they were and she had been here before with me. This last time we went, was for her birthday. Again she had gone before with no issues. For this appointment I booked in advance. 1 pedi, and a kids pedi mani combo. I received the confirmation for these things. Pedicures went great, no issues. My daughter was aware that I had planned for both nails and toes. After the Pedis, she asked me if they were going to paint her nails. When I asked, they looked at my acrylics almost questioning why I would need my nails done. When I said that it was for my daughter and that's what I made the appointments for, I was met with annoyance that I made the appointment for her. After that, while we were waiting for the other person who was with us, no one offered to do my daughter's other service. If it wouldn't have been for her reminding them that she had made an appointment for nails, they would not have acknowledged it. It was as if they were hoping I would just forget and leave. Finally another employer came to say they'd do her nails. She trisd to grab my daughter, when I told them no I will get her they continued to try and grab her to put her in a chair to do her nails. While she was getting her nails painted, super quickly I might add, another mother and daughter duo came in. When the daughter asked for something they told her that they were not able to do it at all. The mom looked at me and said is this normal? My response was no, I usually have better service here to which one of the employees looked at me with a very dirty look. The mom expressed to them that she felt very rushed in trying to pick colors for herself and for her daughter and it seemed as though they dismissed her feelings. When I went to pay for mine and my daughter's nails they tried to apologize and I said if you're not going to be willing to do services for children then don't advertise them. Before we've been got to the car my daughter's nails were ruined. They had been done so fast and so choppy that it looked like she had done them herself. Unfortunately this is one of the few places that had a chair for little kids and is now on my list of places that I...
