Excellent service for the third time in a row at this location. And in more than just one particular department. The management is doing something right here. The employees are very engaged in their tasks, but stop immediately to assist a customer even before they have a chance to ask....... just by seeing them with the puzzles look on their face. I tested that a few times . This is somewhat unreal based on my years of neglect by Home Depot employees. I usually require no assistance or a tour guide, but there have been occasions when my knowledge of a particular subject was lacking, and the chase of an orange apron to assist and guide was very frustrating. Same, in various degrees, all across the nation. Even at this location in not so distant past.........Three......four years ago, before I left town for the picturesque landscape of .....(undisclosed locations in the middle east) this Home Depot location was average at best. Now.....Wow!!! What an improvement! Employees are jovial and smiling while taking you directly to whatever you are needing or wanting. Inventory seems to be more than ample, well shelved and organized. The place is cleaner than ANY other location I have ever been in. And ......the employees are smiling! Special recognition goes out to the paint department. You will not find better assistance, selection and advice on "how do I..." or "what would you use to .....?" Three times now I've been given an excellent advice by a friendly, approachable associate and given options to choose from to execute some of my...... Unusual projects. Thank you so much for saving me the time and frustration, and very possibly money wasted on the wrong materials or tools. Amber, the pretty young lady at the return register was fantastic. Knowledgeable, very, for her young age, helpful and kind far beyond what a service job requires. Keep up the good work young lady! One day you may run the place. And more. Thank you very much for being so happy and helpful and kind, even though you were obviously tired. Amber is the kind of trooper any employer would be lucky to have and I got a feeling that none on my profession would mind having her by their side in a foxhole. You go girl! Kudos to the management where all of that kind of...

Unhappy with the false advertisement
Jul 21, 2025, 3:54 PM to Matthew Cramer
Hi Mr .Cramer
I want to bring to your attention what happened to me on July 19, 2025 at 11:16 am. I was there shopping at your store on 10200 Coors by-pass NW like I often do. I came across a deal in the tooling area for Milwaukee and the bundle deal/ Build out cart was advertised for $604 plus tax.
So I asked a female that worked here about this and would like to get it and this is for the whole set up right ? she said I am not sure let me find out so she went to another department and spoke with a female named Wendy I believe ( we talked and she mentioned she had been with the company for 31 years ) So she came and both ladies were there and she said she wasn't quite sure but looks like not the top two pieces because someone probably put the fan and radio on top. I said are you sure because what customer would come and stack two items on top and then tie it with a security strap ? Just smiled and said ya your right and said she didn’t see that.
I also said if you try adding any of the boxes they don't come up to $604.00. She said yes I agree, let me get the manager for you. I said ok great and asked if it was the Main Manager and she said yes. Well a lady came and said she was the manager ( Tracey ) I asked if she was the main manager and she said no the manager was having a problem with a theft incident and couldn’t help me. Just for your information I didn't spend more than ten more minutes or so and there were no Police out sound taking care of any theft. Seems strongly that Tracey was lying and didn't appreciate that. She too said that some probably put the two items on top and I also told her the same, Who would go through putting two items on top and putting on a security strap come on..
She definitely didn't care and said I could buy each item individually. I laughed and repeated to her that this is what is presented / advertised , like I don't know that I can purchase them separately . I took pictures of all this.
Please get back to me on your thoughts.
HE NEVER DID, The don't about how the...
Read moreMy nine-year-old suggested that I leave a review after our experience yesterday, “so that they know what the problem is .”
We came in looking for two box fans, and asked all around the store, finally went up to customer service who told us that they’re not available. We let them know that online it shows there were 37 in stock, and they grudgingly let us know that they’re stored up high because it’s a summer item. We asked if they could get them down, and they grudgingly said that yes they could, but that it could take up to 30 minutes. They didn’t take our name to call us back to the front when the box fans had been brought to customer service, so we kept checking in at customer service, which they did not like. Finally, after 45 minutes and no indication we would ever receive the box fans, we left.
The reason my nine-year-old thought we should leave a review is because he repeatedly noticed as we walked around the store groups of employees clustered together hanging out and chitchatting. Including at customer service, who seemed interested in forming a Chat circle instead of assisting customers. I would never shop at this Home Depot again unless I was doing an order pick up and verified ahead of time that the item was ready. This is because customer service told us that we should do an order puck up. Loads of employees with nothing to do, but we were unable to be assisted. When we’re in the store, and the items are available, we should be able to get the items . We should not be expected to accommodate employees who don’t want to do their job by us leaving the store and picking up the items when it’s convenient for the...
