Things are hard enough during the pandemic, but to be running a business under strict guidelines that completely inconvenience your day to day operations it can be very easy to lose sight of the little things. However; not this store owner or manager, today while on my way to pick up my daughter from school I made a quick stop for some cold drinks. While I forced to wait outside due to the covid limit have been reached inside the store, either the manager or store owner parked to unload her vehicle with new supplies for the store and with her hands full I opened and held the door for her to carry in her equipment. This took place maybe 3 times simply because it is the right thing to do for a lady and someone with their hands full. In return she did something completely unexpected and unnecessary. If you’re reading this, you left before I had an opportunity to thank you. I understand that you’re probably a busy business woman, so I hope this is thank you enough and displays my appreciation for your human kindness. Compliments to your success and keep...
Read moreWow! Totally unprofessional and flat-out rude! Surprised I didn't call security on the young woman who worked there who went bezerk on me when I helped myself to toppings by myself (since no one instructed me on how to go about anything, being my first visit and all..). Very moody, disrespectful staff and the one young lady in particular, who took it upon herself to berate an adult customer in public, was a rage-o-holic, that was unapologetic about her behavior and continued to stomp around after her tantrum. Other staff ignored her outburst. And, mind you, the error on my part was very minor (I was helping myself to toppings). I called management through the phone, and the woman on the other line seemed to not really take the matter seriously and wanted to send me coupon (which I never got). Never again! *note the incident happened quite some time back, but I'm no longer interested in...
Read moreI stop in here often for a large Keva Juice - usually a "Peach Treaty" or a "Raging Rasberry". Both are wonderful! (All drinks at Keva Juice are non-alcoholic btw.) Just a heads up, these drinks are high in sugar, so if you have diabetes or pre-diabetes, please exercise caution and ask for an ingredients/nutrition guide. The service has always been pleasant and you usually don't wait more than 5-10 minutes even on a busy day. There is a restroom inside & some tables and chairs outside. Plenty of parking and this particular Keva Juice store is right next to a Petsmart. I have always had a good experience at Keva Juice and these drinks are amazing all the time, but especially on a hot summer day. A large drink, which comes with a free vitamin supplement, is around $6 - $7. It is...
