We just left after the most disappointing lunch. This was our first time at this restaurant, ever. First, my significant other ordered a chicken and beef burrito (as in, both meats together) and the cashier placed it as two separate, one-meat burritos. No big deal, but it would have been nice if she had asked for clarification. As far as cleanliness, many tables weren't cleaned, and the floors weren't clean, either. The biggest issue? The food itself. It was AWFUL! Out of everything we ordered to try (the burrito turned two burritos, a taco salad, and an order of three street tacos), NOTHING was even remotely good. The beef in the burrito smelled like cat food and honestly probably tasted like it, too (I don't make a habit of tasting cat food). We ended up throwing away all of it after only a few bites of each item, and might as well have just set $36 in cash on fire. The drinks were the only things decent enough to ingest and take with us after our very short dine-in experience. It's so odd to me how incredibly busy they were; usually that's a good sign, but instead, it was a confusing one. We won't be going back to this or trying any other location. Edited to add: We went to Popeye's after I posted this.

Waited 30 minutes today in lane 2. Watched 12 cars go through lane 1 while we waited and twiddled our thumbs. Finally got our food after having to give the runner our reciept as they didn't know which order was ours. (Never did get the reciept back) Got home with our food and the crunchy items were soggy, the beef quesadilla with Pico de Gallo I ordered ended up being a cheese and spinach quesadilla which I wouldn't have minded too much, except it was soggy as well. Usually don't have an issue with this location, and we go at least once a week. Today however, was TERRIBLE!! I tried calling to let them know and so far the phone has been busy non stop for 35 minutes. Either there are alot of other unhappy customers calling or they left the phone off the hook to discourage the unhappy customers from calling. Very very disappointed, and wouldn't have bothered with the review as they are usually great, except after 35 minutes of trying to call I still haven't been able to speak with anyone. See picture. 21 phone calls over 35 minutes. Busy signal every time. Corporate, or management please respond with a number I can call for resolution. We won't be returning until this has been rectified.

Tonight we ordered 2 orders of large menudo and extra tortillas. They only charged us one order and we had to tell them at the window that we had 2 orders. It was corrected. When we got home, there was ONLY 6 pieces of meat in each bowl NO posole at all just broth!!! Not only to mention when we called to complain, a young man picked up, we asked to speak to management and he responded rudely “of course I am” and I responded well just say I am the manager not “of course I am” he proceeded to ask how can we be helped after we had told him about the issue he said he would refund us. This place literally is the worst, this isn’t the first time it has happened. Management, employees, need work in customer service!!!! Braxton is the male that was acting condescendingly rude over the phone! Please train these employees. This place sucks period. Go elsewhere.

Not one for doing these negative comments, especially because their food is great but customer service is never the best. Whoever is running this place at night shouldn't be there. Website states they close at 10. Knowing this, I pulled up at 9:30 at the drive thru. Waited there for 10 minutes. Thought, hey they're probably in the bathroom. Kept asking through the speaking "hello, are you guys open" until it was 9:40. There was a line of about 4 cars behind me at this point. At this point I drive off to leave but notice someone on the window. I stopped to ask again if they are open. The girl was just laughing looking at her co-workers. Until I signaled her to come and talk to me I asked again if they were open, she said no we're closed. Out of curiosity I asked what time they closed, and she literally looked at her watch, glanced over at her co-workers, and said "9:40" it was 9:43. I thought what a coincidence. I asked what time they normally closed and again she said 9:40. Sunday- Thursday according to her. Apparently they didn't want to be there, but didn't have the courtesy to have a "sorry we're closed sign" with 3-4 cars still waiting. They should change their 'we're open 24 hrs" sign and have their website say 9:40...
