Oh my god! I went into this guys printing shop today for Bingo supplies for our PTA charity bingo event and he refused to pass my order across the counter until I proved it was mine. Wanted me to produce the last four of the credit card used. We had to drag one of our teachers out of a class to get what we had paid for out of him. I lost 20 minutes of my life waiting and he never apologized, in fact he called me rude for simply getting impatient. I missed a doctor's appointment on what should have been a quick in and out.
