Worst experience with a so called professional! I was referred to Gene from a good friend of mine. Office staff or legal assistanthas not communication with anyone. After a explaing to my case to his legal assistant and my friend explaing it to him, he knew nothing of my case and didn't even show up for our scheduled appointment. As I declined to fill out a intake paper till after we spoke, he took this as an insult afyer he said it wasn't that important, but made a big deal of it. I have been satisfied with Gene Chavez. So much so, that I am hiring him again. Lawyers are very busy people. Some clients think that they must be the only client that particular lawyer has. Not true. There are many cases that a lawyer has, a client is just one of the many. It would be most difficult for an attorney to only focus on one particular client 100%...

He did not come through as I had hoped. My case has been won but, I give that credit to the fact that I had a good reason to file. It is my opinion that Gene is not up to par on what I think a good lawyer...
