I will always recommend Simon Kubiak to family, friends, and anyone else who needs a good, honest, and caring attorney. I will never forget when I first met Mr. Kubiak. I was about to be in a very ugly custody case I called several attorneys searching for the perfect attorney. I left a message and he immediately called me back I was an emotional wreck who had just about giving up. He was very kind and caring he immediately scheduled a time for us to sit and talk. Long story short he not only gave me hope again but his honesty was refreshing something from experience alot of attorneys seem to lack. Worst representation, Simon pawned my case off to a new hire attorney with no experience in the private sector that did nothing. Do not recommend. This was a DWI case and I'm going to have to re-file because of the ineptitude.
