Everyone has their preference when it comes to BBQ, some like the KC sauces, some like the texas dry rub, some just stick with the tried and true Rudy's. However this place is worth a try. They went above my expectations on every visit. I've tried everything on the menu at this point and there hasn't been one disappointed order yet. Fantastic BBQ in ABQ! I discovered Craft Q when they were parked at CNM Main Campus, and I am so glad I stopped by after classes! Their brisket sandwiches are phenomenal...full of flavor, very tender meat, and good portions! We searched for them online because we wanted more!! We discovered this food truck at a festival in Albuquerque. We ordered the bbq chile relleno, pulled pork sandwich and combo ribs. We were not disappointed in any of the dishes and were quite impressed. The portions were good and the bbq sauce was perfect, not too sweet and a balanced spice. We're hoping to order some sauce online...
