Terrible, the lady was so rude and very rough. She cut me 3 different times. She was shaking really bad and did a terrible job with the design. She had said she went to a quinceniera the night before. I don't know if she was hung over or something, but my whole experience was absolutely terrible. To start, I couldn't find the location, so I called the spa and my nail tech answered very rudely, gave terrible directions and then I had to call back again. It was inside of the hair salon ,to get in you need a code or someone to let you in and there was no ione. Then she acted like I was stupid because ei couldn't find it.i left with my nails half way done with glue and cuts all over my hands, now I have to go somewhere else to get them painted and my pedicure like I hoped for. I should also mention I was there for over 2 hours and i left with my nails uncompleted. Litterally 2 whole hours waisted and i still had to pay her 30$ cash for my nails. I am waiting to get my deposit back to my card. I wanted a relaxing experience and this was nothing like it. I don't not recommend and for the price I thought they would have nice massage chairs for their pedicures, but they don't....

Got an excellent deal on a gel manicure and luxury pedicure. Renee was awesome and we hit it off like we were lifelong friends. She was super accommodating and I was able to book my service quickly and with ease. She helped me choose my colors and I appreciated her expertise. She was fast and did a very nice job. She applied the polish nice and thin, resulting in a lovely delicate look. Her salon was private and cozy; it was just the two of us which made the whole experience more personal and enjoyable. If I lived in town, she would be my go-to nail tech! I will definitely be back next...

This was my first time going to a private nail specialist and let me say, this was an absolutely amazing experience. Renee is kind and knowledgeable along with a good sense of humor. As far as the most important part, the nails, she did a superb job! From the precision and consistency of the length of each nail to the internal comfort I felt being there and meeting someone for the first time. I will absolutely be making many more...
