This place does not know how to treat people. My experience was horrible. I asked for assistance and was told to come back after a measurement at another establishment. I did so because my piercing is complicated and I needle specific jewelry. When I returned to the mall for my appointment in another establishment an intimidating gentlemen walked up to me asked me for his keys. I had no clue what this man was talking about. The man grabbed my keys out of my hands and begin to take his keys off in the middle of the store. I asked the man why he didn't just ask me? I must have picked them up with my keys accidentally. He proceeded to say "I caught u on camera" told the other lady "I told you no drama" and treated me like I made this elaborate skeem to some how break into the mall and steal their cheap body jewelry that didn't even fit me. I am appalled. We need to do better and be more trauma informed. As a women of color this happens to me alot. And it is not ok for people to come at you threateningly just because you look different. It's sad because I would never steel from my community. I actually planned to go back for more information which the cashier knew. She was actually the careless one leaving her keys out. personally I do not shop at places that treat people disrespectful based on...
Read moreOh my word!! This place is fantastic and Diana and Jonah are the best!! I'm a 52 year old mother of 4. I went in for my third piercing, (mind you, my first was when I was 16 and second in my 20's) These two were absolutely amazing. They encouraged and supported me, kept my mind off what was going on. Diana also pierced my three daughters ears as well. Diana and Jonah work as an awesome team. They consult each other to make sure the ear markings are as perfect as possible. They are funny and so respectful to each other and to their immediate clients and possible future customers. They are so patient and wonderful. Thank you, to you both again! From the zero pain tolerance old lady who cried when her youngest got her first...
Read moreI bought a 4g septum here a few months ago, I was already at a 4g and didn’t want to go bigger but the jewelry i was sold definitely gauged me up a size. I went back to get a taper as i was ready to gauge up and was told that what i had in was a 6g (they measured me) I was shocked but they said that they were sure so i bought 4 g tapers. The 4g tapers ended up falling through my nose (meaning i was definitely already bigger than 4g). So now i’ve been sold the wrong jewelry twice and have no clue what size i actually am. When i went back to see if anything could be done I was told too bad. You guys need to train your employees, a mm to gauge conversion chart is genuinely the easiest thing to read but no one seems...
