I recently had the thrill of visiting the Jurassic Park-themed escape room in Albuquerque, NM, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we stepped into the room, we were transported into a world of prehistoric wonder. The attention to detail was impeccable, with realistic sound effects that made us feel like we were truly in Jurassic Park.
The puzzles were both challenging and engaging, perfectly integrated into the theme. With our group each task required teamwork and creativity, making it a perfect activity for friends, family, or colleagues.
The staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, adding to the overall excitement. They helped us with clues (when we asked for help) that assisted us along the way. They clearly put a lot of effort into creating an immersive and fun experience. By the end, our hearts were racing as we completed the final challenge just in time!
If you’re in Albuquerque and looking for a unique adventure, the Jurassic Park escape room is a must-visit. It’s an exhilarating blend of excitement, mystery, and nostalgia that will leave you talking about it long after you’ve escaped....
Read moreWhen to Escape the Room for the first time. Me, my wife, 4 of our adult kids, and 2 of our older granddaughters went. Max of 8 in a room so it was just right for us. We opted for the Submarine room, which was really cool, and a bit difficult as it turns out! Well, with all of us trying different things and ideas, well it can be confusing, as things are going on all around us. We would have something set, and one of our granddaughters would move everything back and throw it all off again! You DO need to have 4+ people in my opinion, as you only have an hour to "escape". It was a great time for most of the family to be together, and we would certainly do this again. We have already decided to come back and do the Jurassic Park room this time! We couldn't do it without a hint or 2, and out host Alex was gracious enough to throw them out when needed. Great for a family fun nigjt or even a group of friends to spend some time together and really pick your brain! We made it out with right at 30 seconds to go! Barely...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst $75 ever spent. The only plus is that you can play with larger groups. None of the puzzles add up or make sense. The reason they have 5 stars so often is because they offer a discount at their next game you book and Menchie’s (right next door). The game hosts do not help at all, so you end up wasting more time asking for a hint than it being useful. I have done almost every other escape room in New Mexico and gotten out successfully with 2 people. Both the rooms here that I have done have been HORRIBLE (Submarine and the Dig). Neither of them make sense and you spend twenty plus minutes trying to figure out the very first puzzle that gives you a piece you cannot even use before the 4th step. This is by far the absolute worst escape room company I have ever dealt with. I will never be returning. New Mexico Escape Room and Bust Out are much more worth your time. Such an absolute disaster of a company. Do not waste...
