I hate to write this review but if it helps someone else then it is worth it. My first experience with Victra, at this location, was initially a good one. Angel the rep we worked with was patient and helpful. However, we needed to go back to switch my mother's phone because she ended up not liking it. We got Angel again because he knew what was going on. He initially said he could knock about 70 bucks off our Verizon bill so we went for it, as we started the switch and everything like that he then came back and said we would end up paying about 10 dollars more on our bill then we do now. We wouldn't have done what we did had we known we weren't actually going to get 70 dollars off but in fact was going to have to pay even more than we do now. The fun doesn't stop there. My mother was very upset so we went back to get the phone she originally got so we could reduce our bill again and because the previous phone didn't transfer my mother's pictures over which is her entire business. We ended up working with Jaeger. Who tried his hardest to convince us not to do that (that would basically undo Angel's commission). So he explained how we might try to get the photos back-put your old SD card into the computer, back them up to Google and there you go. So we went home to do that, only to find out Angel left our SD card in the phone we returned. Which is very BAD, given the personal information that was on it. We called Jaeger to information him of this. He told me his district manager would call us because there was nothing they could do other than hope shipping and receiving does a factor reset before give the phone to someone else. Jocelyn Gutierrez was the district manager that was supposed to contact us (two weeks ago). Still haven't heard anything, have tried to email her twice with no response and now Jaeger ignores my calls and texts. This is very serious and I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service.    Read moreI have to tell you guys Iâve never seen another store in the other 28 major cities that I have lived that looked anything like this Verizon because it honestly looks worse than the new cricket store I was seen in. They had not the best floorplans, will call it. I can almost guarantee that they have scored themselves the score of 4.5 stars because I have seen so many in fact every single other customer leaving that place while Iâve been there four times has been absolutely irate with the service and the two gentlemen that speak a different language in front of you about you sadly, they did not know. I understood every word. They disrespect you not to mention the fact that he had bugs on the counter of ants and they had roaches on the floor. That wouldnât be so weird because it is summer, but theyâre on the second floor?!?! That doesnât seem logically very possible unless you never take care of your bugs and issues that bugs bring. This is Verizon corporate headquarters. Send your people out there to look at that store and then shut that thing down because no one would ever want to be represented like that and I can. I can bet my life that the ratings you see on here of the 4.5 stars is the way those two gentlemen have hacked it and started new accounts and voted for themselves because Iâve never seen this satisfied customer leave there and even the store itself is a joke...
   Read moreI wish I could leave zero stars! Worst service ever. After waiting for 30 minutes somebody finally decided to take care of us. We wanted to buy the gizmo and asked what the difference between the gizmo pal and the gizmo gadget was. They did not have the gadget in stock but ensured us that the pal and the gadget were identical except that the pal could not send or receive text messages and was only able to dial 3 number vs 10. The children asked if one of them could count steps and she said none of them would. Long story short, it continued like that for a while and we decided to purchase the gizmo pal. Once we set everything up at home we realized that we had been completely misinformed. We went to a verizon store uptown where we received excellent service. He informed us we needed to go back to Victra and return the gizmo pal there and we could then go back and purchase the gadget. After going back to Victra, the ditsy associate and her manager Rick strong armed us into ordering the gadgets from them if we did not want to pay a $150 re-stocking fee.
