Keva Smoothies Juice and Bowls — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Very strange interaction with the staff. Went one evening to grab a quick smoothie and my husband was wearing our baby on his chest and they were upset/annoyed with the fact that my baby's feet were touching the counter as we ordered. Mind you, this is the same place where everyone's hands and money touch constantly and my non waking infant is arguably more sanitary. They asked us to remove her feet from the counter ( we did not have her standing there, just her feet fell there due to the height of the baby carrier on my husband) and told us how unsanitary it was. All the whole there was lots of small paper trash all around the YoKeva spot. Very strange interaction that left me debating...

I ordered a strawberry bowl about an hour ago, and what I received was nothing like the picture on the menu board. When I asked the staff, they said they had changed the recipe. I was expecting a healthy combination of fresh or frozen fruits and granola, but instead, I got a high-sugar, melted strawberry mix with a disappointing combination of sugary acai. I considered asking for a refund but decided to write this review first to inform others about the current quality of Keva Juice before...

The worst customer service ever! The frozen yogurt had a bad taste, extremely sour. I took it to the counter and told them and asked them to throw it away. I asked them to taste it and they got rude and said "we taste it every day, it's your opinion that it is bad" they kept on going and were so rude and never offered a solution. Horrible customer service! I will NEVER go...
