I used Claire’s the last week of November 2 separate days for two of my granddaughters with the guarantee that they both would be getting free earrings up to 17$ values for a year for each child. A few weeks later I went back to try to redeem said promo for both children the employee told me I had to call Claire’s customer support so I called . The customer support person informed me then that only one of the girls qualified for the promo because the store employee(same one both times) failed to properly inform me that when filling out the application on their tablet that in order for the girls to both get what I was told they were supposed to get that I was supposed to use two different email addresses had she done her job I would have been able to use my husband’s email for the second time. Not only did their negligence cost me to lose out on over 200$ in product. To top off the already existing disappointment the email service that sends the monthly barcode sent me an invalid coupon so I wasted my time and gas driving 60 miles one way to redeem it I lost out on my promo and the employees only response was that she was not going to fix the problem that I needed to call the customer service and they will work on the issue and there’s still a possibility that I will not receive a replacement promo code, even if they do correct it I’m still going to be out either A. Gas money to drive over there a second time or B. Spend the extra money to either pay for shipping or add another 8 dollars plus tax to get...

Haven't been in several weeks because we moved but the employees/manager here ALWAYS make us feel like old friends. We did visit pretty often so the began to recognize us! I love it when my family is treated like more than a custimer. The people working here always make us smile even if we haven't bought anything they are always happy to see us and we are always happy...
