Pros - convenient location, with plenty of parking. The store has a nice variety of cards and cute gifts for any occasion. Cons - customer service is poor. I’ve been there a few times recently and I’ve never been greeted, asked if I need assistance or even acknowledged by the workers. I find the sales people very rude. Good selection of products. The service was disappointing. I had a coupon, and the lady at the register was reading it and told me I couldn't use it. She didn't attempt to scan it. I ended up not buying anything. I got home and used the same coupon on the Hallmark online order, it worked just fine.
