Updated review- this place, always good has become “very good”. I stopped by after work and sat at the sushi bar. The owner, wait staff and sushi chef all welcomed me and checked to see if I was enjoying the food (I was) without being overbearing. Very friendly and warm. On to the food- the spider roll with Avocado was exceptional. Good portion, presentation was great and it didn’t fall apart. Beef gyoza was next- perfectly seasoned and cooked with great dipping sauce. Last was shrimp tempura roll, again excellent. I had a great conversation with the sushi chef about movies, Avengers Endgame, John Wick and Lord of the Rings. Overall a great experience, highly recommended. Original; ”Under new management" Since January according to the hostess. I guess I have not been in a while. Seems the same, very good, not great. I usually get unagi and a spider roll. Tonight the special was a "Pink Lady" roll, that I got by mistake. It was very good. Spicy tuna, and some other stuff I forget. T I have photos!
