I have visited this location about five times now. Each time there are at least eight team members baking cookies and only one person assembling orders! The line is literally out the door, the screen isn't working, and I'm waiting on my cookies for a long time. Finally I ask "Ella" where my cookies are and she informed me that if you order online you have to announce your arrival because their technology does not connect from our phones to their center. What? Why offer the service if it doesn't work? If that is a temporary problem, kindly write a sign an place it on the door!
