Colby was the young salesman who encountered my 92 year old mother and myself at the door. He asked what we needed and took us to the area of chairs my mother was interested in purchasing. He explained the features very well, using his iPad for assistance in details and to show my mother other colors that were available. He then took us to the mattress area and allowed my mother to lie on several types of mattresses. He took me to a area to show me a specific type of board that would allow the use of no innersprings or a much smaller one as the height of the mattress has been an issue at her home. We purchased a lift chair and a five year warranty. Will pickup chair in about 3 weeks. Plan on coming at a later date and buying her a new mattress as well. All the staff were friendly nd eager to assist with anything. Good store and great employees. Have used them several times in the past myself. Would recommend them to anyone seeking quality furniture at reasonable prices with great staff to show the products. Wade...

The best thing about your store, we were greeted by Mr. Charles Markwalter with a friendly and professional attitude. He really made Us feel welcome. Pointed us in the right direction and let us shop without hovering over us. Once we made our selection, he explained the product wrote us a quote. We left. Two days later we were back to purchase. We were greeted in the same manner by another member of your staff. We told him we had been working with Charles, he quickly got Charles’s attention. Again very friendly and professional staff. We will be a Haverty’s customer from now on. We made our purchase and started looking at furniture for our next up grade. We were very impressed with the quality of the furniture in the show room. It was a wonderful experience. I have done business here before and I love the product. The selected item on this particular go around was outdoor furniture. Ms. Grigsby was able to show me one option that was available online. Unfortunately, for several reasons as far as size and price, I did not select the only item that I was shown. While I was there Courtney and I had a wonderful visit and enjoyed each others time. We did discuss our future indoor purchase that would be a leather sofa that I am requesting at around 118". We did take a look at the Phoenix sofa in caramel. Loved the sofa not the color or the width.
