I LOVE books. I enjoy reading and learning. The staff have been nice. But they seem understaffed. The person who makes the coffees usually comes from another side of the store. There is one person who seems as though he/she doesn't want to make coffees. I felt as though I was bothering this person when I wanted to order a coffee.
