Not a recent event but I ordered an apple cider. The starsucks did not have any (this was in a Kroger.) The barista went and got a bottle of apple juice and heated it up. Only reason I paid for it is that my wife was with me and likes their coffee. They know how to make 18000 kinds of coffee but do not know the difference between cider and juice. Like a bar tender claiming to know how to make any mixed drink you want and not knowing the difference between vodka and bourbon. My wife will pay for their overpriced coffee but I will never get anything there again after paying $10 for a cup of juice that came from a gallon bottle of something you give babies that costs...
