I did a rain check a few weeks ago didnât get a call voicemail nothing which was fine I went up there to check on it and they called a lady named Trell to the front. She told me she left a voicemail I told her I didnât get it she mightâve called the wrong number she proceeded to tell me that she called the right number and left a voicemail I pulled my phone out went to my voicemail and asked what number she called from and told her to show me bc that was all my voicemails. She said she didnât know but she did call and leave a voicemail I said you probably misdialed she said Iâm not gonna argue with you I know I called the right number she then proceeded to tell me that what I had on rain check there was a negative of 561 in the warehouse that they was out of stock so my mom went to where we got the item from last time and they had four on the shelf after this lady stood there and argued with me I love hobby lobby I go there a lot and Iâm getting married so I definitely have been going there a lot lady but I wonât go back in the store ever again after today that lady was very rude and out of line! I pulled my phone out to show her I didnât get a call which wouldâve been fine if she hadnât proceeded to basically call me a liar! I will not be going back after this situation. Then tell me the ware house didnât even have anymore then my mom checked the shelf and they had 4. 0/10...

My wife asked her if the price was correct on an item she was concerned may have been mislabeled, and after a brief explanation she asked my wife âwell do you want to put it back or notâ which was the inference. I told her not to worry about it and that we would just pay the price it was labeled. However after that she rang up two IDENTICAL picture frames for different prices because âthatâs what the price wasâ on the frames, I explained that they should be the same price, they were together on the shelf, the exact same color, size, brand and SKU number. She was difficult and in front of all the other customers snarkingly shouted that âshe needed a manager because she had a âcustomer complaintââŚâ completely embarrassed and humiliated us in front of the lineâŚ.I do not appreciate how she spoke to us or acted.    Read moreI seldom go into this place that the cashiers do not engage the customer in excessive personal details and conversation. It has on many occasions been such long lines form while slow focus on the task at hand is coupled with life stories about unpleasant things. Management seems indifferent or participates. Hobby Lobby is a great supplier. But they need serious work in their customer service department across the nation. Most people visiting this store are about a task and seldom want to stand in line and listen to Yvette tell about her mother's 8 kids and her sewing her finger in the sewing machine.
