Target — Local services in Allen

This Target was underwhelming. 😕 The store was clean 🧹 and stocked with the basics, but the shopping experience felt lifeless. Customer service? ❌ Practically nonexistent. Staff didn’t greet us, offer help, or even acknowledge we were there. Instead, they just kept their heads down, avoiding interaction. 🙄 Retail stores used to be engaging and exciting, but now they feel like they’re just going through the motions. 💤

The toy section was really small 🧸, and the NECA/McFarlane collector’s section was even worse 🎭⚔️—barely stocked and shoved off to the side. Compared to other Targets, this location’s selection felt especially lacking. If you’re hoping to find anything good, don’t get your hopes up. ❌🛍️

And what happened to electronics departments actually being fun? 🎮📺 They used to be interactive, exciting, and a place to discover new tech. Now? It’s just TVs and video games. 🎮📦 Nothing fun, nothing engaging, just a dull section with no real reason to explore. 😴

On top of that, why bother driving here 🚗💨, wasting gas ⛽, and standing in long lines ⏳🚶‍♂️ when they have 50 registers and only ONE open?! 🤦‍♂️ At this point, shopping online is just the better option. 💻📦 At least Amazon won’t...

Target at Stacy in Allen, is my go to store for our weekly grocery trips to kids clothing to anything. Yesterday It was not a very good experience in terms of customer service and also the store was completely mess. First I was at the returns and I did everything smoothly but I didn't see that warmness and welcoming approach that I usually see in Target employees, no greeting, no thank you 2nd thing, while checking out with bunch of water bottles from kids clearance section, I spent good 30-40 mins for checkout, as the label would show it is 70% off, but register would only show 50% and then target app would show full price when scanning the Contigo and other water bottles. Riley the cashier, took me back to the isle, started scanning everything and then spent time in organizing the shelves rather than checking me out successfully, As my kids are becoming restless, I had to drop a sale of $105 and leave the store. This was just awful and...

This Target exceeded my expectations and provided a kind and wonderful experience shopping. The nonprofit I work for provides feee infant supplies like diapers, wipes, clothes, etc. to families for free. This means that we fill up LOTS of buggies with merchandise to purchase. This can be a daunting task for employees, but Caden and Hannah from this Target both were so amazing and patient with us. Caden did a fantastic job with checking us out, keeping our things organized, bagging all of the items, and was so friendly despite all of the tedious work! Hannah came in at the end and helped us with the huge order and they both helped us load everything into our vehicles. We understand that holiday seasons in retail can be stressful, but these two made our shopping experience so wonderful! We will continue to spend our money at this specific Target because of employees like Caden and Hannah. Thanks so much for your hard work!...
