Maybe they are good at fixing computers but I never got that far as their customer service is less than 1 star. Dropped a laptop off for a simple repair quote. Days went by and no promised call with quote. Not getting into all if it but I ended up just stopping by several days later to check in and the guy and gal at the counter were clueless except the guy said it's too expensive to fix!? Unfortunately I was never called about this and who decides what is too expensive anyway? Said they were very very busy. Good for them. Bad for me I guess. I picked up the still broken laptop and left. Really really awful customer service. But to be fair it was an inexpensive laptop that had duct tape on it so they probably assumed it was a nothing computer for games ot kids and not for a veteran freelancer photog. Very helpful and respectable staff. Their team is willing to help and if they don't know they ask each other among the office. Not to mention as a whole they help locally nonprofits such as The Salvation Army. We had bought a bad item (well wrong size adapter), Mark sent a staff member out to survey the situation and correct the problem and returned the other part with no questions. Jake did a great job with my computer. My laptops desktop became corrupted so I brought it to Compu-tek. Jake saved all of my documents and pictures then reinstalled windows 10. My laptop runs better than ever and Jake saved my pictures!! He called several times to confirm information with me and was always professional. Thank you!!
