Burger King — Restaurant in Alliance

Went through the drive thru around 10:30 p.m. the wait was insanely long... another car pulled behind me and a worker came out and said that their broiler went down and closed down the line. That completely explains the wait. So I ordered a 10 pc chicken nugget, a hamburger with only lettuce and ketchup, and 2 bacon double cheeseburgers. (one with only ketchup) Difficult order, I know... Every time we order (from any place) our orders get mixed up, so we are used to it. The only thing that was not right was the bacon on the doubles. :) I'm ok with that, and the only reason that is is because of the staff they have there! They handled that situation amazingly! I told the young guy at the window that I'm sorry to hear they were having a rough night. His response was it will be alright. It's not usually like this. The absolute most rude drive thru staff I've ever encountered. The order taker clearly didn't listen to anything I said, I claimed I had a coupon. She replied okay and I ordered, my order wasn't difficult, extra pickle extra mayo on a whopper. Upon pulling up to the window and reminding her of said coupon, she rolled her eyes, asked for a manager and acted like I was ruining her day. After that was taken care of, we went to the next window where I asked for a zesty sauce and a ranch. She opened the bag and rudely replied "uhhhhhhh for 10 cents a piece ya can have em". My fries are edible, at best. There's barely ANY mayonnaise on my ice cold whopper and thank goodness I paid for that extra sauce that...

Really sick of not getting fresh food here, especially breakfast. They make tons of sandwiches first thing in the morning and then just let them sit under the "warmer" and get cold, then sell them to customers. It's disgusting. Fast food or not, if I'm paying and ordering food for my family I expect it to be made fresh or at the very least hot! 2 days in a row now I've gotten cold sandwiches and cold hashbrowns. Unacceptable. The other bk in town does it way better and everything there is served hot! Guess I'll just have to drive the extra couple miles to go there instead of this joke of a establishment.
