If i could give less than one star i would give no stars, this store is a joke. Every time i have ever had a small issue it takes the inconpetent, lazy workers more than the expected time to fix it. In fact i was just there today. It was very clear to me from the moment i walked in that there was something wrong with the associate helping me, he was on some type of drug at work. The fact that he looked like he was going to pass out on the floor and was drooling all over the tablet while attempting to fix my problem left me in pure awe. I also love the fact that half of the reviews for this store are from the workers, i will never have verizon as a service again, and i will reccomend people to never have verizon as a service for as long as i live. I could not tell you the last time I went into one of the stores, however, I am very happy with the customer service that I received yesterday. I walked in 10 mins to closing and felt terrible in doing so hoping that I wouldn't take up too much time. Billy did a great job at trying to help me locate my son's lost/stolen phone and when we couldn't he helped find me the best deal to get him a new one. Even though he had to stay after closing to help me, he never made me feel like it was an inconvenience. He even offered to help finish setting up the phone. At one point both Billy and his co-worker actually thanked me for being patient, where I was the one that walked in last minute. Another awesome experience purchasing new Galaxy phones! Dan and Matt are awesome! Dan ordered a Galaxy S21 for my daughter and it was delivered to the store 2 days later. Since she got such a good trade in offer, my son decided to trade in his phone for the Galaxy Z Flip 3. Then I decided to upgrade because of the great trade in offer and Dan ordered me a S22. Matt hooked us up with the necessary extras, like chargers, cases, and the liquid glass protector -which is far better than the old style screen protectors. We are all very happy with our new phones!
