I don’t usually leave reviews but a friend had a similar experience in your store. Since you re opened I decided to check out the new store, I needed some new summer clothes and I’m not usually too picky but I got pretty bad service. There were multiple younger girls standing at the counter on there phones, staring and talking and not one asked if we needed help. We were actually looking for something specific and I didn’t feel comfortable asking so we left. A week later My friend had called up and asked for a size of heydudes and was told you had none, but when she got there there were tons in the specific size she asked for and was treated the same way. I love shopping with you guys but I won’t go somewhere where I’m not acknowledged and employees can’t seem to stay off their phones to help customers. I hope maybe your employees can take something from this and...

Some stuff in here is cute, but very much a hit or miss if you're not into the whole "Midwestern suburban 20 something yr old" vibe. Extremely selective on who gets greeted upon entrance, I don't think I've been greeted a single time I've walked in here, even after making eye contact with cashiers, yet people coming in before and after me are. It's a boutique so a lot of the clothes are wholesale (which is fine, of course not the first store to do so), yet nothing over a size Large, despite those wholesale brands selling larger sizes. The store itself is clean though, could be a tad less cluttered, but that's a personal preference...

Beautiful store lots of inventory, wish the employees made you feel more welcome was in the store almost 20 minutes and I felt invisible not one single employee acknowledged my presence, too busy visiting with each other r other times when I’ve been in they just talk to there friends and wish all the shoes were priced including Sorel and Birkenstock so if no one will wait in you, you still no how much they are , left...
