Mangos Express — Restaurant in Alpena

I’d like to start out saying this is by no means me trying to talk badly about the owner(s) because based on what I’ve heard they’re super nice people. I’ve placed two orders in the last three days and both times I’ve ordered Chicken build your own bowls that have come without chicken. I’ve called the establishment both times to at least inform them of the issue to which I’ve gotten the normal response that they were sorry for the mistake and if I’d like I could come back and pick up chicken. This is rather reasonable of them to provide me with what I had ordered but I’d certainly prefer my food to be made right the first time. I asked for Pinto Beans on my tacos, and the server soaked my tacos with a large serving spoon of beans and water. Didn't even bother to try and drain the beans.
