My mom likes the rodeo king, something I know hasnāt been in the system for a while but Iāve been told by the employees the best way to order it. I tried doing that, ābbq bacon king but add onion ringsā and the woman got frustrated and I just said I want the rodeo king basically, and she repeated rodeo burger? I said the king the big one. When I got my stuff literally it was one patty three onion rings and so much sauce that it made such a mess. I went back and said this isnāt right I think itās the smaller one thereās also no bacon or cheese, she just said āwell this is the biggest patty we have thatās how itās madeā and I told her then itās different than literally every single other bk Iāve ever gone too between here and Tennessee. She said āIām not gonna argue back and forth with youā and I agree and wasnāt trying to start one itās just that it was very confusing why itās different here and no where else. I ended up not wanting to deal with it but am really disappointed now because it was for my mom. And she is picky and because itās not made right Iām gonna get an ear full. I get and I donāt. People are shitty, stand your ground but also do your job right...

And specially the one who claim herself store manager was the worst. l had everything recorded . I was at the drive tru today when she was taking my order . She was so disrespectful , yelling at us .she wasn't giving us no time at all to think about what we want .l even ask her to take it easier with me to figure out what l want but all she keep saying is what kind of drink what kind of sauce and wouldn't let me talk at all.so l decided to just walk in the store and talk to the manager and it happened she was the manager " unbelievable " .so l ask her why she was yelling at me and wouldn't give me a minute to order , she kept yelling saying she done talking and she not even willing to take my order neither in the store , that by the Alpharetta PD ,she can decline to take any order from anyone she dont like . .so l decided to take my money to the nearest Chick-fil-A where they understand the value of your money and your time . The issue was I offered the lady at the window split payment. $5 in cash and the rest on my debit card. She looked at me dumb founded and said we can't do that here. I told her I have had it done here before because I've been here several times and have never had this issue. I don't think she was trained properly, if she was a manager she should know better. All operating systems for restaurants allow split payment especially in 2021 this includes older ones like squirrel, positouch & micros operating systems. Well micros is newer but still. Then the lady said that they're not allowed to do split payments there. Once I informed her that I have done it there before which is a lie. She simply could have stated that she does not know how. She may have been the only one working at the moment because they just opened. But this is how you lose money for your company also it is not the right way to train your employees. I am leaving a one-star review because I take mishandling of payment and poor management skills...
