My highlights came out ORANGE - not the same ash blond I’ve had for 30 years!!! This was my first visit & unfortunately will be the last. The stylist was new & tried to tell me it’s normal which I know to be untrue - I’ve used many stylists over the past 15 years due to job relocations & no one has ever botched my hair like this!! For a partial highlight/lowlight yesterday, I spent 4 grueling hours in this salon. The color & toner both had to be redone. The stylist called out the mistake before I had a chance to really see the full scope of her error. I ended up being charged full price but with good reason left no tip. She was very rough with my hair & didn’t brush tangles from my hair after washing & before blow drying. I felt her yanking my hair out and saw my hair dangling off hairdryer, I finally took the brush from her hand & proceeded to dry it myself - never had to do that - so pitiful!! I wanted to call Dina before posting this but was told she is out of town. I don’t blame her, but I’m sure this will happen again if she doesn’t better vet new stylists. I’ve never had to go home from a salon with a ball cap on my head due to looking like a hot mess - a waste of money - disgusted!! Wish I could say something positive but this was an obvious...

I had the greatest experience at Greys River Hair Studio! My stylist was Tami and she was so attentive to my hair cut request! I have short hair and she gave me a very good haircut. But, the best part? She gave me tips along the way in regards to how to best blow dry it, how to style it, and what to request from the next salon I go to when I make an appointment. You see, I travel full time so I never know where I'll be getting my hair cut next. I appreciated the time she took with me. I could tell she really loves what she does!
