BEWARE TERRIBLE SERVICE!! This place had terrible service my worst experience ever. My nails were done by a man in the shop I believe is the owner because his picture was hanging on the wall in the place. He was very rude the entire time saying rude remarks, with a terrible attitude. Telling me not to use my phone and ignoring me when I was telling him how long I wanted my nails. He didn’t even let me chose the color I wanted, after showing him what I wanted he picked the colors himself showed me and they were different from what I wanted. He had an attitude about it also instead of just simply admitting that he didn’t have what I wanted. Not only did he have an attitude but he was very rough so rough that I later noticed my nails were actually bleeding. I regret even paying but I didn’t want any confrontation, with the way he acted I can only imagine how he would have acted if I told him mid service to just stop so I could leave and go elsewhere. Although I probably should have done that anyway. This is by far the worst place I’ve been to and I would never come back or recommend this place to anyone. I really don’t even know how they have so many good reviews. Now after experiencing the place myself I know way over half of these reviews have to be fake. Again TERRIBLE service, RUDE, and was left BLEEDING. Plus they are way overpriced for what I got done. I paid $70 for a basic French tip and to be left bleeding. There’s many other places that are great near here where I wouldn’t be left bleeding and would have great results for less. Just was wanting to try out a new place but never again. I am blown away by chino’s work! He is so talented and pays attention to the little details. I did show up a few minutes late and they still accommodated me no problem. They were friendly and we had great conversation. I’m really fidgety and had a ton of coffee before apt and he was still so patient with me moving and bumping nails. It had been a few months since I had a pedi and my feet are sooooo soft! I got the explosion pedi and the products are amazing and smell so good. The salon normally closes at 7 and he even kept it open until 9 to finish my service. The salon is super clean and chino and his wife were such good vibes. I’m so glad my friend referred me I had been going to another salon in altamonte (Jasmine- DONT recommend) and was constantly disappointed with my mani/pedis. Chino blew it out of the water. He is pricier than some salons, but his work is literal perfection! The products are great, so many color choices and I guarantee he can do almost any design choice. I love his banter and honesty. 100% my new salon love this place.

I have been going to Luxuary Nail Lounge for 7 years. I have a great experience every time I go there. Angie is always on time with doing my nails and she does Great work, so, does Chino. I love the atmosphere there. It is relaxing. I love the fact that you have to have an appointment, so this way there is no one being over booked, and they can take their time with doing the service that you came to receive. I never feel like I am being rushed in and rushed out. I also love the fact that when I come in everyone speaks and know my name. This is always going to be my nail shop no matter if it is a pedicure or just a manicure. I even got my mom and daughter to come there and they are also in love with the shop. That is where they come to get their pedicures done. I lived across town from the shop and I didn't mind taking that drive to get my services done by the shop. That is how much I love going there. And another thing is that they don't try and pushes services on you. They let the customer decide on what they want to get. Love that as well. Keep up the good work guys. A++++ from me all...
