Marshalls — Local services in Altamonte Springs

EXTREMELY UPSET & DISGUSTED. The manager there today Sunday June 13th 2021. A blonde hair lady with a large right arm tattoo was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I came for a return and she denied service without calling the store I went to two days prior told me that she did not believe me and embarrassed me in front of employees and customers. Stated she could not do anything when she DID NOT EVEN TRY! Asked her if she can call other store to verify what happened and the mistake employee made and she declined to call and did not bother to listen to me while explaining what happened. I was not even arguing, I become upset when she was cutting me off and told me to calm down. Excuse me? You tell employees to provide excellent customer service and this was not excellent customer service. I ended up making purchase (which I should of NOT because this store does not deserve my hard earn money) and took back what I was returning (I never returned it) did not even bother to look at receipt only because machine stated that it was returned but it was NOT. This unprofessional lady told me to calm down when I was not making a scene and had no regards to why I was upset treated me like a nobody when I am a CUSTOMER. I called the store that made the return mistake and the store manager there told me that the manager at this store could of called and could of completed return. Explained what happened and the manager at the other store stated she could take care of it for me and had no problem verifying what happened and apologized that this ALTAMONTE store did what they did. I will NEVER step foot at this store again and will never recommend anyone to come here. I called the store to get this blonde’s name and the employee refused to give me her name. I went here today to buy more items because I love Marshalls. When I went there the manager Pat was so rude towards me. She asked me where was my receipt and I told her I wasn't able to find it. I work at another marshalls and I just have a form with my discount number because a new card is being ordered for me. Usually you can just type in the numbers because I'm not getting the discount your just taking it off for the return.

She told me I needed to take it to the store I worked which that never happened to me before. Ever. The items were in good condition never even worn so don't get why I was treated that way. Most of the managers that work at marshalls are so rude. It's so sad honestly. You have a little bit of power over people and you think you have the right to treat people horribly. I am very disappointed with Marshall's Oak Groves, Altamonte Springs item return experience today. Just because I did not have the receipt, they did not receive the item I was trying to get a refund or at least an exchange for. The item was purchased 2 weeks ago, unused, returned in the same box, shopping bag, showed a digital evidence of payment, the credit card that I used to pay and they didn't even tried to find an alternative solution to my situation. They have more sandals of the same style and sizes in the store. They could've get whatever information they needed from another on the shelves. I will not buy from them anymore. I will continue to buy at Kohl's down the street and from Ross nearby. More selection, better prices and easier buying and...
