Food was meh. EXTREMELY overpriced. $8 for a 4 inch by 3 inch tamale and a chicharron sandwich with more of the pork fat versus actual pork for $15 is laughable. Brought my mom here since she heard of a Peruvian joint, and we were both excited to try it out. Two coffees, 1 tamale, and 1 sandwich came out to $30. No way in hell we were gonna spend $60 on two ppl alone. "Yirina", the person at the register could use more personality and friendliness as the "face" of the storefront.
This place obviously knows it's the only peruvian bakery in Orlando and definitely taking advantage of that on its customers. Pity that I'd expect higher quality with higher prices, but they're definitely monopolizing on that.
Small, cramped space with super uncomfortable steel chairs and a bathroom you have to wait until the girl is back at the register to ask the combination for, when you really have to go...
Overall, I'd rather wait to travel back to Peru to spend a fifth of the price here for even higher quality. Even the sauce for the sanguche de chicharron was mid at best, not spicy at all. Shame they don't have a better selection of sauces for their sandwiches like how NYC had in their Peruvian Sangucherias.
Orlando has yet to impress me with a great Peruvian place. Will have to settle for other cheaper, central American bakeries near me instead.
As far as "Peruvian" bakeries go, this place is worth a try once, but definitely not worth frequently visiting as it's really out of the way from downtown Orlando, almost close to the...

Everything was perfect. The atmosphere, set up, customer service, product knowledge, and excitement of the people to be there was nothing short of refreshing. The menu features delicious foods, pastries, and desserts that you get engulfed in as you walk through the door.
I had a breakfast platter that was recommended with a pork tamale, a fresh roll, and sweet potatoes. The texture and flavor of everything was absolutely incredible. I shared the platter with my husband and we both agreed the food was amazing.
I also saw a passionfruit cheesecake on the menu and decided to give that a try as I love passionfruit. The flavor of the passionfruit melted perfectly with the cheesecake. The texture of the cheesecake was perfection as well.
I had the pleasure if meeting the owner as well. She is a very kind woman who is very excited to take this leap with her business.
I cannot recommend this place enough. You absolutely need to try this place as soon as possible. You will not be...
Read morePeruanísima is an absolute gem! The food, pastries, and beverages are all outstanding in quality and taste absolutely delicious — every bite took me back to Peru. Being there made me feel at home and brought back wonderful memories from my childhood in Peru. The Desayuno Lurín is an amazing and delightful breakfast with generous portions and exquisite flavors — a must-try! The alfajores are heavenly, and the chicha morada and lucuma juice are the best I’ve had outside Peru. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff is incredibly friendly, and everything is spotless. A big thank you to Melissa — God bless you and your business. Your dedication and love for what you do doesn’t go unnoticed. Since the day you opened, I’ve been coming to try all your pastries and dishes. You have evolved tremendously and you’ve created a place that’s not just a bakery, but a little slice of Peru right here. My mom and I love coming here....
