MINISO USA — Local services in Altamonte Springs

I have been coming to this miniso for awhile and honestly never had anything negative or poor to say about this location- however, today I was met with a very cold, unwelcoming and unpleasant sales associate? I have always been treated very kindly by all the staff at this location, they’re fun, energetic and just an overall pleasure to be around, speak too and even shop with! I am most sure the sales associates name but she was a younger lightskinned girl with black straightened hair? She seemed absolutely miserable and in a place like miniso— with a literal smile for a logo, she was a very poor representation of the store… miniso is like a toy store? Filed with children, teens, young adults and so much more! If you are not happy to be at work, please do not come in and destroy my shopping experience— what could have been a quick pleasant interaction turned into something that made me feel very awkward, uncomfortable and unappreciated for my patronage… I am in the service industry and very keen on doing your job with at the very least a smile or friendly tone… I am unsure if this girl was going through something at the time so I try to be understanding but regardless if you are so upset about something else that it affects the way you work, talk and treat customers? CALL OFF. I will be back but hopefully she won’t be there to “service” me cause I’ll sooner leave empty handed than be treated how...

This store has a lot of neat and whimsical items, along with very practical ones at good prices. It's all generically branded items with low prices and a very Japanese simplicity feel.

They have mostly solid or neutral colors on everything. The mugs, tumblers and other type merch came in every kinda color. Great for matching to just about any decor or vibe. Also great for gift making / giving so you can add your own stuff to it.

Staff was super friendly and the store was spotless. It felt welcoming and it was fun to walk each aisle and see what they had!

I used to shop at the Miniso in Shanghai, China on work trips. I could easily spend an hour just looking through all their unique products. I was thrilled when I saw they were opening a shop so close to my home. I always find items I don't see anywhere else and have never walked out of the store without buying something. My favorite purchases are a mini humidifier and a mini diffuser. Both items are compact and work well! I also love their hand and body creams and cosmetic bags.
