Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Altamonte Springs

Approached the counter to order, the two gentleman behind the counter ignored me so I ordered on the kiosk. Another older gentleman approached the counter and all of the sudden they wanted to provide guest service to him.

I put my order in on the kiosk and begin waiting. There was a very rude gentleman with forearm tattoos and no name tag, who made a drink and quietly called out a number, the second time he said it louder and it was my number, I approached to grab it and he slammed it on the counter on their side and turned around. He then hollered when my mozzarella sticks were ready, intentionally walked them to the opposite end and dropped them off and turned around. I kindly pointed out he gave me the wrong sauce and he just slammed a ranch on the rail without a word.

There was a young lady that came up front to help with the orders, she was very kind and tried to rectify the situation. However offering me free upgrades on my food doesn’t change the fact this employee treats people terribly.

Finally got my food ready, except he made sure every order placed after mine had fries before I received mine. He treated every other patron with kindness while I received zero.

The food tasted terrible on top of the poor service. About 90% of it ended up in the trash it was so inedible. Should’ve just gone next door to chick-FIL-a - at least it’s...

Ordered two large pepperoni cheese steaks one with no veggies at all just meat and cheese the second one how it comes they gave me one regular size one with veggies and one large with veggies I told them it was supposed to be two large has one of them with no veggies on one and they were both supposed to be largest it's even rung up with no veggies all they did to correct the situation was take the meat and cheese off of the regular size 1 and transfer it to another bread did not give me the size I ordered and they were still veggies mixed in with it and to top it off they just handed me styrofoam containers no tray or bag I had to actually ask for a bag in the back of they gave me had no handles on it I had to change the corner of the bag and carry a drink in each hand all the way through the mall what they were doing with the sandwiches before I got all the way home and really couldn't eat my food still disappointed I didn't get my large sandwich that I ordered though I highly doubt I'll go back to that location very...

On March 17,2021, I waited in line for 30 minutes with my children, to then be told that they could not take my order because the Altamonte Mall(where they are located) was closed. Be aware that I was waiting in line “10 minutes” before the mall actually closed, there were 7 people in front of me, which made their orders, but I was not asked, noticed or even told that my order could not be taken. It was after 30 minutes of me noticing that all orders had been cooked, given to customers and I was left there standing in line. None of the workers, asked or even acknowledge my presence. I had to speak up and inform that my order had not been taken and that’s when they said that they were done taking orders. There were only two people working at the moment. One person was taking orders and the other was cooking. The management team needs to step it up and find a better solution for shift covering.
