Pholicious and Boba tea — Restaurant in Altamonte Springs

I took my daughter to try because I tried it before and they were great, but when I went and got passion fruit boba and strawberry and my daughter got mango fruit crystals and mango smoothie is was awful, so awful that she literally start gagging. So I went back and ask the owner, what did she put in it because it looked different and taste awful. She state what do you mean, then I goes something I’d wrong with this drink can my daughter please get a different one. She no, we have been making this drink like this for the pass two months an no one has complained. I said ok, but the last time I was here it was over two months and whatever your doing is different and it’s awful. All I would like to have is a different drink like the one that I had before the two months change. She gets mad and walk away stating No Refund! No Exchange! Everyone likes which is not true. I told her that was wrong and that’s no way that she should treat her returning customer, or customer complaints. Because she clearly stated that they have been making them that way for only the pass 2 months, mind you that they have been there over a year. The reviews on this place were good and I had a client tell me they liked it as well, so I decided to give it s chance. I was extremely disappointed (maybe that was my fault for putting any kind if faith in a random pho stand in a mall). My noodles were almost hard and my veggies were frozen. Granted the guy did offer to put the broth in the side for me, so maybe if it had gone directly over the noodles and veggies that would not have been the case. That aside, I've eaten a good amount of pho, in terms if flavor, this palce wasn't anywjere close to even the worst previous pho is ever eaten. The broth was bland at best, no wow factor. It did not taste like the pho I've eaten in the past. I give 2 stars because the guy was at least nice enough tot ell me not to waste time or money on the bahn mi (they out BBQ sauce on it?!) I guess maybe for someone that doesn't like authentic pho, this place might be good? I personally will not be going back. The prices were steep too. I've gotten huge bowls of delicious, authentic pho for less than what I laid for...

I ordered my drink and the girl looked like she was 12. I stepped off to the side and waited and no one else was waiting near the counter. After like 2 minutes the girl brought over a drink to the counter said something quietly and pushed the drink forward. I grabbed it and walked away. Then realized it wasn’t my drink. I brought it over and a guy asked if it was his I said must be I’m sorry she gave it to me. I then told the older lady the situation and how the girl handed me the drink and it wasn’t mine and she said well she told you the flavor twice and you still took it. I said I’m sorry I didn’t hear her and she said I HAD TO PAY FOR IT. I said but it was a mistake and the lady said well I can’t make another one. You need to pay for that one. VERY bad business.
