Dairy Treats — Restaurant in Altamonte Springs

The icercream was okay and staff was nice for the most part. Bought a dipped cone but came back 2 minutes later because it’s dripping out of the cone and all over the floors I was ready to pay whatever extra fee but getting with it “it is a soft serve icecream” turns me off ✨ little do they know I work with 7 soft machines and know exactly how soft serve it’s supposed to be. I agree with the upcharge of utensils since some customers can be costly but I literally showed the workers my icecream spilling out the cone. It it didn’t I wouldn’t have to ask for a cup. Seems like this place is greedy charging customers for liquid icecream. Good tatic. I won’t come back.

Had to give one star because 0 stars was not an option. My 5 year old granddaughter wanted a choclate ice cream cone. And then asked nicely for icing on it…. Instead of asking what she meant he said we don’t HAVE icing. Strike one….. strike 2 my granddaughter politely said thank you to the girl that gave her the cone and the girl just ignored her. Strike 3…. Once my granddaughter was having a hard time eating it I asked the girl for a bowl and spoon….. she rudely rolled her eyes at me as she gave it to me. We teach our children to be kind and polite. This establishment needs to give their employees classes on kindness and politeness! They are out of my life and I will spread the word how...

My 5 year old daughter wanted an ice cream cone and we stopped by and she was so excited. She was so sweet and friendly and used her manners to ask for a chocolate ice cream cone and the person working was SO rude to her. I was shocked at how rude they acted towards my child. A different girl then gave my daughter her cone and again my daughter was so excited and kindly said thank you and the girl somewhat rolled her eyes and just walked away. It took everything in me to not show my @s$ and tell her what I thought of them and their service. Won’t come back because they obviously weren’t raised to be...
