Windsor — Local services in Altamonte Springs

Walked in with the impression of walking out empty handed because I see girls wear these types of clothes but I seem to lack the confidence of following through to wear the same as them. As I was looking around with the thought of leaving after a few minutes, the prettiest young lady; Levine, walked up to me. I’m sure she noticed my obvious confusion and asked me if I needed any help. I told her I was way out of my comfort zone and have no idea where to begin. She then politely started introducing me to items she thinks would look good on me, also helping me look through sizes. Another sweet lady; Eva, politely joined the conversation to also help! After about 15 minutes of us discussing what would work for me, Levine offered me a dressing room. She told me she’d be more than happy to give an honest girl-to-girl opinion on what looks great. She patiently kept her eye on my dressing room door waiting for me to step out. When I did, she ran right over to me fulfilling the promise she made while also giving her honest opinion (which was great advice, she’s very good at putting outfits together) and helped me with anything I needed help with (tying or altering). After putting up with me for about 30 minutes, I was ready to check out. Eva, help me pick out last minute accessories to go along with the outfits before checking out. While at the register, the girls (Levine & Eva) were nothing but pleasant. Thanking me for coming in and letting me know it was a pleasure helping me.

I want to send a huge “THANK YOU” to Vivica that worked on 3/21 in the afternoon. Her customer service, attitude and professionalism made my day! I buy a majority of my formal/semi-formal Windsor Dress online. However, this time I decided to go in the store with a picture of the dress from the Windsor site because I needed to see the fit. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit. However, because of Vivica’s hard work and willingness to assist me, I was not going to leave the store without buying something. I sent to return an under garment they wouldn’t return it or even exchange or get a store credit. She said under garments you can’t try on. I explained to her that they should explain that to customers so customers don’t buy these items that they won’t be able to use if it’s the wrong size. I’m very displeased and I will never shop there again. The supervisor #36266 was rude and cold. Also if lingerie can’t be returned or exchange really she exchanged one but wouldn’t do the other one really I don’t get. I believe It was because I am black. My daughter loves that store and spends lots of money even i have purchased items for her we rarely leave without spending less...
