It's a little tough for me to review a place like this as I'm not the biggest fan of eggs and most pre-lunch menu items excluding waffles, pancakes and fries chicken include eggs as a major feature/component. But ultimately, in spite of this I had a very good time anyway! The place was really busy with a long wait before we were seated but when we finally sat down service was reasonably prompt and food arrived hot and fresh. The waitress was kind to me and let me order a "Grown-Up Grilled Cheese" from their lunch menu during breakfast hours which I really appreciated. I felt it was very reasonably priced for its size which was a pleasant surprise, though I did expect a little more complexity to it than what I received. Such as the inclusion of peppers, pickles, or tomatoes or even ham. But even without those things it was very tasty and exactly what I wanted at the time. The rest of my party ordered directly from their breakfast menu and everyone really enjoyed theirs too. Portions were very large. My only gripes were that there was no calorie/nutritional information available when ordering in menu or online and that service became slow towards the end of our meal and it felt like the staff had become tired. I noticed a lot of eye rolling and a tone of exhaustion from many of the staff which was off-putting and it took a very long time for anyone to notice we were ready for our check. They didn't do anything wrong it was just a little unpleasant to me personally. The rest of my party didn't seem to care or notice but if that kind of thing bothers you. You might want to consider somewhere else.

Service and food were subpar.. waitress split our checks wrong and seemed to rush through waiting on us. The staff didn't seem all that friendly overall; no booster seat offered for the toddler in our party, and no "Thanks for coming in. Have a good day!" farewell, despite a staff member being at the host podium upon our exit. A simple coffee order took way too long to reach the table and was not worth the $6.50 price tag, and one kids drink we ordered was wrong, but the child didn't mind the switch up, so we kept it. Food comes in decently sized portions, yes, but the flavor was only so-so. The berries they serve are delightful, while the french toast, pancakes, and burger patty are all subpar. Also, $5.50 to upgrade to a combo just for bacon and eggs is hefty. Our party had 2 kids' orders + a sandwich, burger, pancakes, and French toast. 4 adults trying different menu items all agreed the flavors were so-so on each dish. Our entire party was not impressed and agreed this isn't a place we would recommend or push to go to again. Try it at your own risk. It was a miss for us.

What a beautiful restaurant! I really love the clean, modern, yet chic look. Perfect for a breakfast spot! We came during prime breakfast time so there was a small wait. We put our number in to get on the queue and were texted soon after as our table was ready. The menu offers all of the typical breakfast staples--omelettes, benedicts, skillets, and sandwiches. I love their spin on all of these classics. Personally, I had the Ay Caramba omelette which had some latin flair. The dish was so flavorful and filling. I also upgraded to a gourmet cinnamon swirl pancake. The cream cheese frosting and cocoa butter were good, not insanely sweet like other places. My other half had the carnivore skillet. I highly recommend this place! I definitely think I favor the dishes that incorporate a little Spanish fusion, though!

Flip’N Delicious at Flip’N Jacks 🥞🍗💫

Let me set the stage: It’s Saturday morning, 10 a.m., and Flip’N Jacks Pancake House & Eatery is buzzing like a beehive after a double espresso 🐝☕. We walked in to find a full house, but don’t worry—they’ve got the seating game on lock. Just a 15-minute wait, which, in brunch terms, is practically VIP fast-track access.

Enter our server: the unsung heroine of the morning shift 💪✨. Her name’s a mystery, but her service? Legendary. All while training a new recruit! Someone please build her a syrup-fueled statue in the parking lot 🙏.

Now for the main event… the chicken and waffles. 🎤 Mic drop. I’m talking waffles with the kind of crunch that lets you know they mean business, but inside? Fluffier than a baby duck’s daydream 🐥💭. Perched on top: fried chicken that could win awards, crunchy armor outside, juicy, seasoned-to-perfection within. And then came the bacon crumble confetti, a glorious plop of cinnamon butter (housemade, because of course it is), and the grand finale—chipotle maple syrup drizzle that danced between smoky and sweet like a ballerina with a spicy secret 💃🌶️🍁.

Seriously, I haven’t stopped dreaming about this meal. I may need therapy… or at least a loyalty card.

As for the vibe? Spotless. Stylish. Spacious. Booths, tables, bar seating, AND a breezy patio out back where umbrellas shade you like you’re brunching in the Bahamas 🏖️🌞. Flip’N Jacks doesn’t just serve breakfast—they curate it.

Final verdict: 10/10 would wait 15 minutes again. Bonus points for the cinnamon butter making me question all previous life choices. 😅

I love this place! Ate here pretty much all week last week and was able to try both breakfast and lunch! The pancakes are TO DIE FOR! The aroma that comes from them sends you into a trance and you can't help but eat them all! Although they had a beautiful selection of cakes to choose from I will choose their buttermilk pancakes any day! The lunch they served was AMAZING!! Everything we ordered was absolutely perfect!! And their coffee they serve is delicious!! The atmosphere is beautiful! I love the dining and the chairs and booths are so super comfy, makes you feel right at home! Everyone is super friendly eager to help in any way they can! The busser are also amazing, I've never seen a table get cleared off so quickly and clean! The only thing I would say that I don't like is the bathroom situation, one stall in each bathroom for a high end restaurant just isn't enough. I would suggest making a change with that. Otherwise this place is phenomenal! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a good breakfast/lunch place!! If I could share pictures I would post every single one of them, but I don't have that option! Just trust me when I say you want...
