Good luck getting an honest answer from anyone at either location! I ordered flowers for a friend who was having a bad day on Tuesday Oct 22 and she NEVER received them. I live in Nebraska so of course I made follow up calls bc I was trying to surprise her and she never said anything. I was actually told it would be for same day. Ok no big deal, maybe the next? Never got a confirmation call back or text. I had to call AGAIN and got a very vague answer about my order and also lied to. I was told the next day (Thursday) she would receive them. Ok fine. Nope never showed up! Ok great now I'm really annoyed this has become more of a hassle than anything. I wanted to keep the purchase local but apparently I should've just used 1800 flowers. I spoke w two different employees I have all the texts I would love for the owner to reach out about this dumpster fire and how ridiculous this became. Zero customer service was met during the process. Someone tried to do damage control after the fact. Until I get a full refund, use another company people! Don't waste your time here.
In response to the owner: Whatever information you were given isn't true. The address actually given was correct, but ok 1 block over, same company. If it was TRULY delivered it could've been left there. The building is a federal building, you do not need a suite number, even though one WAS provided. All deliveries are handed to security. They also would've asked who its for, they know her and would've taken it. Whoever I spoke with- I was understanding and said even if she got them by the end of the week that was OK. Your people never made the order nor did they deliver. Please do not try to minimize this as if the ball wasn't dropped here. I asked before I placed the order if the address was ok and she said yes. Same day delivery ok; yes. I spoke with one young lady that was very kind and helpful while your manager at the Salt Lake location was short, brief and not helpful. I gave your people the recipient's # and asked to figure out something with her and again your "manager" was going to reach out on that Friday, never did. Saturday my friend called the main location and no one knew anything about her order. It's sad that people have to resort to a GOOGLE review to get any sort of resolution. I just wanted a refund and a sincere apology. I like how you are putting it on me and the wrong address though. Still waiting for that...
Read moreTwo weeks ago my husband and I ordered a bouquet from sweet pea for his grandmothers funeral. We were anxious to see how it would turn out, as all we did was pick out some flowers and left it up to the shop to put it all together and make it beautiful. When we arrived at the viewing on Tuesday night and saw the finished product we were absolutely blown away. It was one of the most beautiful bouquets we had ever seen and was more that we could have ever hoped for. We had many people tell us they were the most beautiful flowers at the whole funeral and we couldn't have agreed more. Thank you sweet pea for the incredible flowers and for making something so beautiful to honor our sweet grandma. We have been using sweet pea for many years and will continue for many more....
Read moreI'm not going to be rude or mad. So, I went to Sweet Pea to order my flowers for my wedding. The lady who helped me was super nice! Understood everything I wanted for my wedding, very helpful! I was excited, confident about it. The day of, they got so much wrong. All my bridesmaids and groomsmen and my husband had the wrong things... they even didn't bring all of what we ordered. My mom told them and by time I got there, they had come back with the rest... the lady didn't say anything to me or my mom. She set the stuff down and just pushed past me... I almost cried because of my bridesmaids flowers. But I sucked it up, and didn't let it bother me. But I really wish the flowers were what I had asked for... it would have been...
