If I was able to rate this place 0 stars I would. Chely was very unprofessional. She assured my party of 10 that she reserved us a table for Saturday and when we got there she said there were no tables available for us. She tried adding a table in the middle of the dance floor for us to sit where everyone was dancing. She had us standing around for an hour and a half waiting for a table. Her manager was unprofessional as well and did not help the situation. We paid 60$ for the entrance when on their flyer it said 40$ with the text. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. My party and I exited the club after an hour and a half of standing around waiting. Paid 40$ to stand around waiting for a table we never got. When I tried reentering to use the bathroom the guy who was collecting the tickets forced me to give him my phone if I wanted to use the restroom. The 2 securities outside were also rude when I tried reentering to use the restroom. They were aggressive towards me and asked me how I got in when I already had the wrist band on. Let’s start of by saying it’s not a club it’s a lounge area. The space is really small that it’s impossible to dance and even standing up. I am. really disappointed how staff treat customers by giving a rude response and pushing customers instead of saying excuse me.The management was very horrible there where water in the floor somebody could’ve slip and fall. The drinks where awful drinks tasted like water. I only stayed for two hours it was waste of time and money. The entire was $85 and $20 for parking.
